2. Access Your Account List
Most residential customers will have just one account, such as in the sample below. Many business customers might have several. For each account, you can choose to view your Bill Detail, Payment History, Bill History or view your current bill:

For the purposes of this demo, let's first go to Bill Detail. You'll click on "Bill Detail" under the Click to View column.
