How Does E-Bill Work
Are you a Pay by Bank customer who has Internet access? If you are, then you have met the first two requirements to become an E-bill participant!
The next step is to sign up for E-Bill by completing an online form with your name, address, e-mail address and desired password. Once you have submitted that form to us online, we will e-mail you a notification that your bill is ready. This notification will have a link to our E-Bill Website. When you click on the link, you'll be prompted for your e-mail address and password. After you enter this information, you'll have access to your current bill, billing history, payment history and monthly cost comparisons. All you need to do then is note the bill amount for your records. Northern Plains Electric does the rest -- it's that easy!
