Voting ballets will be mailed out the membership the last week in May.
*Qualifications for the the luck-of-the-draw scholarships:
- Graduating high school senior, class of 2021 who will be attending college in the fall of 2021.
- A dependent of a current Northern Plains Electric Cooperative member.
- Student must be present to win.
The election of the one director position for each District, scheduled for this Annual Meeting will be conducted by
secret ballot. Nominations for the director position are made only by the membership within Director District.
Voting for the director position are made by all the membership.
All memberships held by married persons are considered held in joint tenancy and may be voted by either the
husband or wife. At the time of registration, the husband or wife voting the membership will be required to sign
the registration book.
Director District #1 consists of the following Townships:
Pierce County: Wolford, Union, Rush Lake, and Hurricane Lake.
Rolette County: Hutchinson Addition, Baxter Addition, Fairview Addition, Hutchinson, Baxter, Fairview,
Ingebretson, Couture, Mt. Pleasant, Maryville, Oxford, Union, Ellsworth, Island Lake, and Pleasant Valley.
Towner County: Picton Addition, Sidney Addition, Smith Addition, Dash Addition, Picton, Sidney, Smith, Dash,
Mount View, Armourdale, Rock Lake, Lansing, Monroe, Howell, Virginia, Teddy, Grainfield, Sorenson, Crocus,
Twin Hill, New City, Gerrard, Paulson, Victor, Zion, Olson, Cando, Bethel, Springfield, Atkins, Maza, and Coolin.
Director District #2 consists of the following Townships:
