Our cooperative is seeking a full-time Business Manager to drive the success of our cooperatives’ financial management, accounting, budgeting, risk management, human resources, and administrative services. This position ensures the financial integrity and sustainability of the cooperative while supporting the Board of Directors and General Manager in achieving the cooperative’s strategic goals. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in business or related degree with 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, MBA or CPA is a plus.

Northern Plains Electric is looking for a motivated IT System Administrator to join our team in either Carrington or Cando, ND. We are currently modernizing our Cooperative’s IT systems, making this an exciting time to come aboard! This position offers a balanced mix of proactive planning, hands-on implementation, infrastructure maintenance and team support. You will be responsible for managing our servers, virtualization platforms, networks, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
